At SSC Fire & Security we often see businesses and homes fitted with old style rusty and dirty alarm boxes. We know that any potential thief will look at the security systems installed before deciding to attempt an entry. We know through experience that if an alarm looks dated and in poor repair this can give more confidence to the burglar that the system is poorly maintained or simply does not work at all!
To help promote safety and security we have our 'Facelift' offer to upgrade your Live external alarm box. Our Live alarm boxes come complete with a rechargeable internal battery and blinking LED indicators clearly showing that your system is in full working order. Each sounder has in built Twin Piezo 115db sounders that when activated create a sound that will be heard and noticed by your neighbours and the criminal. Each unit also incorporates a bright Strobe Light that will continue to flash whilst the alarm is activated.
As an added bonus we will also replace your internal alarm system back up battery. This battery is essential to the correct operation of your alarm should you have a total electrical power failure. Our engineer will also carry out a fully system inspection and battery backup test.
Our external sounders meet current European Standards for Grade 3 technology and incorporate a bell cut off timer in line with noise pollution laws.
