To fully protect our customers and ensure when needed we are always there, SSC Fire & Security provide a 24 hour engineer response service.
We can respond to systems we have installed but where possible provide you with assistance to systems fitted by others.
Our engineers carry a stock of replacement parts commonly known to need replacing in security and fire alarms, such as batteries. By ensuring we carry these replacements we are able to first fix as many faults as possible, making sure you don't have or need further visits.
All our engineers are fully experienced and carry company logo official ID cards. Our call out engineers are fully employed so you know you are getting an approved SSC member of the team
We comply with industry standards and all our staff and engineers are vetted under the requirements of the BSIA and NSI, giving you comfort that you and your property are safe in our hands.
Once we have fixed your fault we may make recommendations on suitable up grades of your system. Our engineer will pass your details on so we could look to offer you a Planned Maintenance program, by doing this it could prevent further system failures at un expected times.
At all times we will ensure we get to you as soon as possible and attend the fault on your system.
