Intruder Alarm Systems offer the best possible notification of a un authorised entry into your property. Once activated there is a number of possibilities for a response.

- Bell only type systems that will actuate a high level sounder internally and externally giving audible notification that your alarm has activated
- Speech Dialler systems that call your mobile phone or approved keyholders and play a recorded message
- Systems connected into an ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) and subject to correct operation could be passed to the appropriate emergency services for response

To ensure the safety of all people involved with attending to an activated alarm system as a keyholder, SSC offer help and information with the use of a keyholding manager service and if necessary a private security response.
Once activated your ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) or speech dialler system could contact our approved Security Response Company who will act as your main key holder. In the event of any alarm activation a mobile manager will be dispatched to your premises within the agreed time, and where applicable meet the response times requested by the local police authority.
With the increases of burglary, vandalism and antisocial behaviour the need to protect staff whilst responding to your alarm has never been greater.
The keyholding security manager will respond to your alarm activations day or night, ensuring you, your family and staff remain safe in the knowledge all is being taken care of. Subject to the cause of the activation the security manager will liaise with the police, take care of your alarm system and repair contractors if needed.
With a duty of care and any risk assessment process in place you may be required to protect your staff when attending an alarm activation. Our approved company can also provide a Keyholder Chaperone Manager ensuring there is help and support for you at all times whilst on site.
In the case of Fire Alarm activation in shared accomodation and multiple tenant buildings, SSC can provide a key holding and response service. Our staff will silence and fully check the system after the activation and ensure that all is safe.
