The SSC range of Warden & Nurse Call systems offer peace of mind and flexibility of use ensuring patients calls are acted upon quickly and effectively. Our systems are user friendly making them a welcome part of the daily duties of care staff.

SSC Call Systems Image 2 SSC Fire & Security Nursecall systems allow nurses and care staff to provide prompt and effective responses to patients' calls at all times.

Our systems use the latest technology ensuring reliability and flexibility of use. We have a comprehensive range of call types and priority levels making sure staff can respond effectively to the correct caller at the correct level.
 
Integrated with the ability to add mobile on site paging technologies, SSC Nursecall systems allow care staff to receive and respond to patient calls whilst involved with day to day duties, further increasing efficiency and improved response times to vulnerable patients.
Patients can activate calls using various methods, from pull cords to palm sized, easy to grip soft call units at the bedside or on a lead.

All patient activated call points incorporate immediate audio visual indication assuring the patient that their call has been activated and a staff member will be on the way.

Nurse Station displays and caller indicator panels with over door lights, modern alphanumeric colour displays and alarm tones, through to systems with advanced computerised stations, database and software are now common place in today's high tech nursing environment.

Warden Call Systems
Warden Call systems provide a complete resident call and communications system for Sheltered Housing schemes where the Warden/ Care Manager needs to stay in contact whilst carrying out their duties.

The Warden or Care Manager has various options of communication with residents. Mobile DECT handsets, desk or wall mounted consoles provide alarms & calls received from any activation point.

The main Console, portable handsets or corridor stations can provide two-way speech between the caller, care manager or warden whilst always displaying when and where the call has been initiated.
 
Optional two-way speech between staff and patients ensures a more appropriate response to calls resulting in increased efficiency and patient care.

Time, date, nature, location and level of priority of each resident call is indicated by plain text on the console display and is accompanied by appropriate alarm and call tones.

This information can be duplicated on the mobile pager facility giving the care manager or warden early notification of an incoming call.

Off site facilities can also be provided ensuring 24 hour response to any activated call These services provide a fast response to the caller at any time giving two way speech and comfort that help is on its way.

Vulnerable Patient Location System
Soft and patient friendly portable devises can be added to our Nurse or Warden Call systems when enclosed in a safe secure facility or care home.

Wrist watches, wrist bands to belt clips offer each staff the ability to locate patients who may wander from their safe zone.

Warning messages or alarm tones can be programmed into our systems to activate should a patient attempt to leave the safe zone or building, giving care staff early notification of a potential missing resident.
 
Staff Assist / Staff Attack Systems
All care staff and managers need to feel secure in their working environment and it is essential that in a threatening situation they have an immediate and dependable method of summoning assistance.

SSC Staff Safety Systems provide alert notification for the protection of personnel. Portable infra red call devises provide Assist Level to full Attack Alarm allowing for the correct response. Our staff assist/attack systems can be installed as a stand-alone solution or added into the Nurse Call or Warden call systems, providing an integrated solution and remaining cost effective. Ceiling mounted Infra Red receivers pin point the caller but also follow the member of staff should they move around the protected area and still require assistance. Base stations, radio pagers and corridor stations provide text displays of the up to date where abouts of the caller and level of assistance requested.
